What ages is SciSpark for?
We tailor facts for age bands 7–9, 10–13, and 14–18.

Does it work offline?
Yes—content is bundled in the app.

How do I share safely?
Sharing is protected by a parental gate. Only adults can proceed past the gate.

Why is today’s fact different on another device?
Facts rotate by day and age band; quizzes are per‑device.

Troubleshooting

• Can’t type in parental gate: Tap the field once; the keyboard appears. If subtraction may be negative, the field accepts numbers & punctuation.
• Welcome sheet repeats: Force‑quit and relaunch; ensure you updated to the latest version.
• Notifications not arriving: In iOS Settings → Notifications → SciSpark, allow alerts. In app, toggle Settings → Daily reminder off/on.
• Reset the app: Use Settings → Privacy → Erase all local data or delete & reinstall.
